I did Boot Camp Yesterday 10AM followed by a 3 mile run.  I never posted my workout though oops.  Too Busy I guess.  It was a good one, sweating buckets.   Here is what we did hopefully I remember it all.

I think that's it.


A little about me!

People look at me and don't really know this about me so I figured I would share this part of my life so you can understand me better. You don't become great without struggle and and I have struggled fought my way up and down. I constantly battle the medical conditions that fight with my body each and every day.

I have a cystic brain tumor that grows with excessive hormones in the body. when a person is fat those hormones really are all over the place. That being said; where the tumor is makes me produce excess hormones and since it has been diagnosed I have also found out I have many other medical problems from it. Including Celiac disease, Autoimmune disorder affecting my thyroid and muscle, I have had to rebuild the muscle completely in my right shoulder so my mobility in some aspects is limited as well as my right hip. I have B12 deficiency from my Celiac as well I cannot produce Enzymes to digest my food properly cause of the excessive damage caused from my Celiac disease.

I was really lucky to have been diagnosed before the cyst ruptured and before death THANK GOD! I have to watch all things that I eat no hormones no red meat no egg unless it's free run. Also anything like dairy etc that could have hormones in it I cannot have but, I like cream EEEK!!

All these things seem small though cause I will be here for my kids and hopefully a long time. MRI shows no tumor which means that all the fluid has been absorbed by my body. YAY I AM ALIVE so all the little things don't mean a lot compared to that!

I don't really like to tell anyone what is wrong with me, I run, I lift weights I do everything that I was told I would not be able to do. WHY...cause I will not let myself be controlled by what others think and if there is a will there is a way. I will probably struggle my entire life with the things that I have going on but, I will tell you this. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!!
