Sorry for my absence
Havent been to active on here cause im getting close to getting out of korea and back to the states. Im still lifting and actually making some really great progress. Ive updated my new measurements today and im happy to say ive gained 2 inches to my chest, 1 1/2 inches to my arms, and lost 2 inches on my waist. Also, im repping 250 on the bench press now. Ive started doing a 5X5 set routine to put on some mass and then ill start cutting in march probably. Thanks to everyone who was checking up on me, its good to know there is so much motivation from you guys and gals. Later…
