total motivation loss
so after leaving the gym yesterday i just didnt feel like i usually do, especially since it was arms day which is my personal favorite, i usually feel down right awesome. so, i went to the gym today for a chest workout that was much anticipated. On the way i went and checked my body fat and its at 22% which isnt much different to what it was 2 months ago. that just destroyed my workout. all i could think about was how i havent made any progress. i dont know how accurate the test was but it looks to me like ive made progress but then again it could just be in my mind. I think i might just need to take a day off and relax, maybe im overtraining. but anyway just venting. thanks for listening to my ramblings.

yea ive gone up on all exercises….so i should be thankful for that. it wasnt to long ago that i could only get 225 bench once and now im doing it 3 times on my last set.
