Arnold’s level 1 Exercise Program
So, I’m thinking about jumping on this program, since I’m in Korea and have nothing better to do than workout.
Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday
Morning:
Chest, Back,
Night:Thighs,Calves, abs
Tuesday/ Thursday/ Saturday
Just once a day: Shoulders, Upper Arms, Forearms, Calves, Abs
I’m really excited about this. I know im gonna have to up the calories im eating. I plan on starting this Nov 3 and doing it till i leave on Jan 3. does anyone do double splits that can give me some advice.
