IT’S BEEN A LONG TIME
It’s been ages since i have been into my body space. Mainly because I have been a busy girl. I am now a fully qualified personal trainer. YAY.
But I have been so slack. It’s ok though, because im realising that looking at weights doesn’t help. You actually have to pick them up. haha.
My freinds wedding is in January and I’m her Maid of honour. Right now the dress makes me look pregnant and being a strapless one i have these lovley little love handles that hang out over the top at the back. Yuk. I had 2 hash brown and bacon and mushrooms for breakfast. Yeah I’m doing so well. Whats clean eating again, I forgot!! this is my confession. And a promise to myself to make some big changes.
I can’t beleive I’m at the starting point again.
How much cardio do I need to do??????????????????????????
I know when you start out again it’s hard.

I’m going through some serious health issues at the moment too so positive is the only way.
