I HATE CARDIO
Yes i said it i freaking hate cardio.. Well the cardio i starting to do.. I have decided to increase gym time to 5 days a week Mon-Fri, mornings cardio and later in the day an hour of weight lifting either upper or lower, with wed and sat/Sunday off of the weights.. I'm hoping that the cardio in the morning will jump start my weight loss again and the weight lifting will allow me to keep and/or gain some muscle mass..
The problem is i am so freaking bored with my cardio already.. 30 minutes of the same incline same resistance, i just want to shoot myself.. The reason i'm not verging it is i'm trying to keep my hart rate in the 120-130 range pref as close as possible to 125.. WHICH IS BORING!!!! i don't mind cardio if i feel like i'm going to dye after words, but that isn't what my goal is it is for maximum calorie burning..
I also tweaked my diet this week to increase protein and decrease carbs.. I cut my mid day sandwich and cut back on the yogurt as snack.. I did buy a bottle of unflavored Why from GNC, CRAP, to mix in with my yogurt to increase the protein/carb ratio... Unflavored my a$$... it can force it down but its disgusting.. I'm going to try some my ON vanilla casein and see if that works.. If not i may see about making it into a yogurt smoothy.. The possibilities are endless... My question is, is the GNC stuff garbage, taste wise, and is it worth getting the ON "Any Whey"???
