today i went to the gym, did cardio (blah) BUT I must say that even though i hate cardio, i actually did SOME!! I did legs & boy do they hurt. but at least i wasn’t all jello feeling gumby
I am so motivated & I feel great. My stats are eeew with my measurements but I cant wait to see the transformation!

I did cardio and legs today as well and just like you I cannot stand to do cardio. This was the first time in weeks that I have done cardio. I killed my legs today and loved it. This is the strongest part of my body so I don’t mind seeing just how far I can push them.
