Doggcrapp Training, Free Anabolic Pump!
I started this a few weeks ago. I love it! I can really see results and feel that I have gotten bigger, more defined and have made dramatic strength improvements. Even my gf thinks I look bigger. The stretching is great too! What I really love about the whole program is that I havent gotten burnt out because of its low volume. Now I can be and out of the gym in less than an hour (abs and cardio warm up included).
O ya, how could I forget…. I got 5th place in the USP Anabolic Pump Giveaway thing. I was super psyched because I had ordered some the previous day and was regretting not ordering two. Thanks USP! Cant wait to start my AP.
