Getting back to work is hard work, With my new job making time to work out is a chore. Well it will be better when my work out partner will soon be working the same job as me. Just wanted to give an up date on the situation. We will prevail!

Wow, I needed a brake, got real sick lethargic and all around an upset in my lifestyle. It took a toll on my training. I have been slowly getting back to work. I took care of business today with chest and tri’s. I am officially back, coming back slowly, but I can see that I had not lost much. Which is mice. I have forgotten a lot of nutritional information plus, I have back way off my supplement use. I still have terrible protein. I can’t wait until it is all finished. Well hello everyone. See you soon with pictures and updates on size and mass. Let us remember balance, get out of it and the house falls down.

Starting Huge, getting bigger, my book and a years worth of bodybuilding programs came in today. Wow I am lackluster. So-So I just have one question, it has a four week “starting off” or back to the basic program, I am wondering if I should go back to the basics and follow the program exactly, or because I have been lifting for almost 6 months straight if I should just plow ahead beyond the basic and get into the program. You opinions are greatly desired.

Hammer time, speaking of time, try and alternate the time you work out, and watch the intensity come back. That is just what I did, I am working on making the small adjustments and time was an accidental one, but man what a difference. Plus you get to meet other people instead of the same old same old. Boy did I ever bust open my arms. I superseted my tris and killed my bi’s. I suggest working incline curls somewhere into your work out. Remember great form forms great arms! With that, see you at the whey in!

Without any further, I present to you that I will soon be a daddy. Life as we know it will never be the same!

Well I am about to order a program called Huge. I do not know if you have seen the ads? Well I have also decided I need to start spiking my insulin after workouts. So I am adding to my post workout shakes a honey white bread sandwich. Boy I spike my insulin yesterday and my arms got bigger. I am wondering has anyone else had a good result from this tool? Well this program is my birthday present. You know you are a bodybuilder when you are asking for programs and supplements for your birthday. I guess don’t forget about lifting equipment and gym renewal fees..:) Well Happy Lifting and Lord Bless!

Stir fry heaven! Yummy! Well I know it has been a while, I have been busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest. I have not forgotten, nor have I strayed from a clean diet and pumping up. I am back on my regular routine, but I am a bit bored with it. While it is making me sore, so it is working, I want something new. Has anyone tried the HUGE program from MuscleStuff.com? I have also been a bit down lately. I talk to another body builder who says he has meet all the pros and states that you can not get anywhere in the IFBB or NPC unless you do steroids or insulin or other needle type drugs. I am pretty disillusioned right now. No I will not quit, I belive I have the right tools and motivation from God to make a great body builder, but it is disheartening to look at these guys and think they are role models for hundreds of thousands of young men. If you are a pro and your reading this, tell me honestly that you own your body and it wasn’t made by drugs, please.

I know I havn’t bloged my progress in a few days, and what a few days it has been. I had a great time mowing grass on saturday, then the night came and it all went down hill. My buisness van blew up ( come to find out both the carborator and the water pump went out at the same time) So I was anxious over that. I had taco bell fresco style tacos and a soda, I anxiously got to sleep. I woke up to find I gained a pound and a half, my van was ran into the pep boys, and I ate a bad sunday lunch at a new chinese food place. It made my stomack even worse. I woke up real early this morning to get a jump start at the gym only to find out that they were not opening until 5:30 not 5:00 am. I am still battling pains of gas in my stomack, but good news is that it did not deter me from my new chest workout with the new max numbers in place, things can only get better! Bless the Lord!
