so i worked out this morning so i could pig out on wonderful thanksgiving food. me na dmy man were supposed to go to his aunty’s house, we ended up not even going, so his mom offered to bring up some food, the 1st thing she says when she walks through the door is "oh u gained some weight yea!" (and she’s way heavier than me) as soon as she said that i totally lost my appetite. and this isnt the 1st time she said something like that, she said that last year at a christmas party in front of the whole family. i love thanksgiving food. and for the 1st thanksgiving of my life its totally ruined. i dont know why people say that kind of stuff, especially on the holidays. =(

so i finally put down the shot glass and picked up the weights. i have 4 months to get ready for my first show, im gonna try my best to stick to my workout regimen once and for all. but its so weird, i kind of have to force myself to eat, i never feel like eating at all. but other than that im feeling like a champ! =)

so i got over my 2 day flu yesterday and feel great today. i jus got back from the gym, i havnt been in the gym for about 2 months now, the 1st day i got my flu i hit the gym, and it really helped out to get over my flu a lot quicker, well that and like 5,000 mg of vitamin c a day. now im finally over my flu and im soooo happy i decided to get off my lazy ass and go to the gym. i love love love it and dont know why i waited so long. the only thing is i was having trouble dieting because i love pizza too much but now i think im ready to eat more cleaner, i realized ive been working too hard to just eat it all away, but at the same time not to completely cut out the junk food i love so much.

so i woke up today still feeling sick but a lot better than yesterday, for 2 days now i been taking a **** load of vitamin c and its definitely working. i went to the gym again to sweat out all the toxins and im feeling a little bit better, but im in dying need of a back massage hopefully by tomorrow i’ll be way better.

so i woke up this morning and felt so damn sick, my nose was clogged and my body was aching but i forced myself to go to the gym and now i feel absolutely great! this is the first time iv’e hit the gym in about 2 months. the funny thing is i was supposed to go out drinking last night with my partner in crime and she flaked on me, i started feeling sick last night but was just going to stick it out, im pissed but at the same time not pissed because i accomplished more than what i would have if i went out.

so i havnt really been dieting at all and last week i weighed myself and i was 113lbs so i weighed myself 2 days ago and i was down to 103lbs how the hell did i lose 10lbs in 1 week? iv’e been eating ribs,burgers,pizzas and basically anything i wanted at anytime i wanted, my friend said it was water weight but i was eating super super salty foods and drinking a lot of water and juices. so how the hell did i lose weight?

so for the past 2 weeks i been off my diet and not training. im really having a hard time sticking to it. i have 3 months till a show im doing, but **** i dont know if i can do it. im starting to really feel down and out

so i havnt been working out for about 2 weeks i jus got back into it 2 days ago. yea i totally overtrained myself, everyone told me to slow down but im pretty stubborn and yea i overtrained myself and it sucked so bad, i didnt wanna work out at all. now im still training everyday but only once a day, i take a rest day when i feel like i need it, so i take like 1 or 2 rest days a week.
when i stopped working out for 2 weeks i broke down and was eating late at night and whatever i wanted, it was freakin great! but now its time to get down to nitty gritty and i got it out of my system so im ready to go. again. but now that im starting to see results im even more motivated to stay on track.

so for a week now iv’e been working out 7 days a week, and for 5 days i work out 2 times. im going balls to the walls now because im really not a patient person and i feel that in order for me to start seeing results faster im pushing myself harder and harder. im starting to see definitions in my calves which i absolutely love, now i just need to define my quads and hamstrings.

so iv’e been eating like crap this week and in return i feel like crap. what they say is true "you are what you eat" but now i’m back on track. i was also kind of set back because 2 customers that come to my bar have been egging me on for a couple of months saying i’m fat, and i cant train on my own and pretty much saying all kinds off mean things and really just making me feel like a fat piece of shit, when i’m actually 112lbs and i’m 5′1 so thats actually not that bad. i don’t know if they thought by doing that would push me harder, but it didn’t, it just made me feel more worse about myself, and the minute i made one little joke they got so defensive and just down right mean with some comments i’m not going to say. so anyways i’m totally back on track i went to the gym 2 times today so thats 2 hrs of cardio. machines: quads, hamstrings, calves, and the one i need the most hip abductors and i ate pretty healthy. except for a little bit of orange chicken and beef chow fun but only a small amount, and it was so yummo. now i’m really pumped up and ready to start training hard
