INJURED - CANT WEIGHT TRAIN FOR TWO MORE WEEKS!
I am going crazy (literally) not weight training. I fractured my rib a week ago taking my dog on a bike ride (grrrr). Doc says I can begin weight training in two more weeks. Problem is I am feeling very fat and out of my routine! I need suggestions as to what diet I should be on for the next couple of weeks since I am not burning the calories I usually do daily (1.5-2 hr workouts)
