leg day
Leg day was today and it feels good tearing them up. Did a one legged leg press and that really made them burn. Did some deadlifts and finished it off with some walking lunges. I tell you what, they really get your heart rate going. Then I did some calf raises and finished off with ab work. When I was done with that, I did 25 minutes of cardio on the bike. Felt great all around this morning. Yesterday was upper body and got a great pump. I do the body for life training program. It seems to work for me. It makes me sweat alot, but it aleast lets me know that I busted my ass while I was in there. Then finished it off with 30 minutes of cardio.
