My dilema (sp?) I have a hard time planning ahead all my meals. I don’t cheat. I’m actually pleasantly suprised I have been able to eat clean even without the planning…I run into snags where I wonder what I am going to have for my meals….thank God for Muscle Milk at the gas stations…they have been a meal saver for me. I don’t have temptations….but I know I would be able to reduce some stress if I had everything planned for the week. My problem is finding time to plan…how funny is that? My free time, I try and spend playing with my cutie pie toddler, since I only get a couple of hours a days with her..if that.
I have had a hard time finding some good quality protein for a reasonable price, especially since I am lactose intolerant. Then I was introduced to Isopure Dutch Chocolate…oh my goodness…it tastes like chocolate milk mix when you mix it with water….best I have ever tasted.
BIG relief…..I had my body fat % measured on may 1st……drum roll…….
13.2 % I was so ecstatic (sp?) that the rest of my day was like walking on cloud 9! My goal for contest is 9 % so I think I’m doing alright. I have to say that the lack of fat on my body as taken a bit of a toll….I am cold…a lot, mainly from lack of insulation!!, but also I believe my iron is down, so thank God I love spinach! BBing takes a huge toll on the female body compared to males. But it is a sacrifice I am making to meet/exceed my goals….naturally and as healthfully as possible….no ROIDS in this temple!
I want to take a moment and REALLY THANK EVERYONE for all your positive comments and encouragement. I appreciate it to no end because that’s what helps lift the fog on my mirror to allow me to truly see, for myself, the fruits of my labor!!
I absolutely LOVE the sport of BBing and I can’t see myself doing anything else. The only regret I have is that I didn’t start sooner!!
THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! to ALL of you!!
