I hate leg days. I absolutey dread them. The squatting and the extensions and the lunges, I hate em. But i do them anyway because of the love of the sport. Its a love hate relationship. Bleh, oh well whatever it takes i’ll do it. Well nothing illegal, but if it takes going from legs on wednesday to friday so i have more time to do them so be it. Lol, acutally I like to hate leg days as weird as that sounds.
