Motivation PLEASE!!!
Sunday, September 7th, 2008OK!! So here it is…Back to reality after a 4 month hiatus. A 6 pound weight gain and 4% body fat and one size in clothing ( not ready to post the pics of myself after my last updated one)….Feeling a little intimidated to start back into weights. I was weight training for a year to lower my very obvious body fat. I had tremendous results and stayed very motivated with very little effort. Last Sept I began a new journey of Triathlon training. My goal was Ironman. The cardio training was intense. I tried my hardest to keep up both tri training and weight training but after 3 months I started to crash and decided Ironman was my main passion and decided to stop weights for the remaining months of training. After a very successful race I took time off of everything. My body finally was telling me enough already!! Now it’s Sept again and I am desperately trying to get back to an eating plan and steady workout regime. It’s so much tougher than I thought. Will it get as easy as it was the first time?? I know if I can be committed it will work. It’s just finding the will again….I will keep ya posted.
