My results:
335 squat, 300 Deadlift, 155 Overhead Press. Was really expecting bigger weights than this, but with all of the Crossfitting there hasn’t been a lot of heavy weightlifting. I will have to rethink things and incorporate some heavier Power lifts to go with the Olympic lifts.

WOW. I did 1/4 mile runs on the treadmill with sets of 20 burpees.
My results: 25:56 I had to push it the whole way. My brain and my body did NOT want to do burpees. Glad/proud of myself for doing the sets of 20. Last time I did a WOD with burpees I was struggling to do 10. So, I must be making some progress.

My results: 155, 165, 165, missed 175, 175, 175, 175, 175
Tough workout. floor was rubber-matted which made getting my proper split tough as my shoes were getting caught on the floor. Will continue to work at form on clean as there still seems to be some stiffness in my hips.

My results: 26:46. I was hoping for 25 min–legs felt a little heavy today–but I’ve got to be happy with the run. Ran 1 mile down, then back a 1/2 mile, then back out a 1/2 mile, then back the full mile plus 100m. The turnarounds probably cost me a few seconds but the run route at Camp Grafton is only a 1 mile stretch.

Cleans 135lbs with Dips (no rings). 21, 15, 9 Total time 9:14. IM REALLY happy about this time. I can improve it if I can get through the sets without stopping to catch my breath or regrip, but it was an awesome workout! REALLY going to be cool when I get the time to drop.

30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 50, 50 and then did a set of 10 with no weight. Tried to hold at the top for a split second.

my results: round 1 10 reps snatch, 1/4 mile run at 8.6, round 2 15 reps and 1/4 mile run in 8.7mph, round 3-5 15 reps and 8.8 mph. tough workout. no joke. loved the feeling of being done with it.

Overhead Squats 3-3-3-3-3
my results: 95-95-95-115-135 Took a little while to get my hips/lower back to loosen up. This is not a movement I am completely used to yet. Also did 2 sets of 10 pullups. PERSONAL BEST on my first set of dips (25), second set was 15. 2 sets of GHD situps (20, 20). All in all a good workout.
