If you are really new to CrossFit you might even consider scaling back even further and going 60 dips 60 pull ups. And just a suggestion, look into a band, jumping pull ups or an assisted pull up over the lat pull down. Just my 2 cents...</description>

					<description>FRIDAY: WOD was an off-day, but I won't be able to workout this weekend due to work so I went into the archives and picked one of the hero workouts from 2008.

95lbs deadlifts X12, hang cleans X9, push press X6.  3 cycles (supposed to have done 5 cycles) in 8min 39 sec.
Superset Pullups X6 with Dips X15 for 3 cycles.  no timer.</description>
