Wednesday, June 11th, 2008Hello everyone, I am new to this site but glad to be a member, I am very impressed with the support and encouragement people give. I mix my weight training with running marathons, I run two marathons a year, running eats muscle so I have to build it up again when I am not running. I enjoy all wright training and seeing the progress. I pay a lot attention to food and diet also as I have to especially when I am running, I adjust my diet and nutrition to my training. I would be happy to help if anyone has any questions as I have lot of questions and learning to do……. No one has the Monopoly on Wisdom
