Motivation High with a new work out.!!!

August 24, 2008

Ok so it has been a while since I have writen a new post but I have been trying to put some size on. but I didn’t want to put to much body fat on at the same time. So it has been a little tough. But I think that I was able to do an alright job. I added some size to my arms, chest and shoulders. But I also put an inch on my waist. So now it is almost September and I am getting ready for the beaches in Maui. So I have to cut back down and lean out again. So this time I am hoping that I lean down but also stay a little bigger than the last time that I leaned out. Just so I can see that I have made some progress. So I have been doing a lot of reading and looking a new routine to try. So I found this one called the "Work out of the Century"……haha. Well I have to say that it is living up to it name. It’s a two day split, Twice a week. And with every exercise it is 1 set with 100 reps. With 3 exercises per body part. I just completed day two and wow do I feel it kicking my ass. It is great though. I am really excited to get this going and see it to the end and be able to see the results that I am hoping for. So my motivation is high and my intesity is even higher. So I will be posting some pictures up of before and after and hopefully I will be happy with the end result.

Eating Clean?

July 6, 2008

Well I have been surfing this website for a little bit because I have been trying to work on my abs. I really want them to pop out and have a great looking midsection. I have been working on them and seeing results but real slow. As I have been checking things out I keep seeing everyone saying that once they started eating "clean" they are getting better results. I can also see these results. I don’t like to eat fatning foods or junk food. I also take my animal pak everyday to get my nutrients, but I still don’t know or understand what it is to eat clean. Is this some sort of secreat among bodybuilder or do I have to hire a trainer to get this information? As I said I would like to think that I eat healthy already cause I try to stay away from fat kid foods (that’s what I call them.) So if anyone can help me out and let me in on this secreat I would really appreshiate it. Also I am in a place that is really tough for me to eat surtain foods. I almost have to eat what I can when I can. Can’t really set a correct diet and sleep plan.

Blog Entry

I have been a little discouraged lately. I was supposed to be heading off to Maui in July, but I have had to postpone it until September. It sucks because I have been working my ass off so I could get into beach body shape and now it is pushed back. I have never been to Maui so I am hoping that it is still nice so I can hit the beaches. I know that having postponed just gives me more time to hit my goals but it was just something that I was looking forward to. Having this extra time is helpful and I can now start to try and bulk up some more but then I also know that I have to go throw the cutting faze again. I’ve done that once already and I felt like I was drained and was happy when it was over. Don’t get me wrong I felt good during and afterward because I was able to see my progress, but now I feel small. But that is just something I guess everyone deals with. Although the defenition that I have seen is great I also have that side of me that wants to be as huge as possible. I know I still have the goal and I am working twards that but I don’t want to be in the gym discuraged and going through the motions. I know its a dumb discouragement.
