August 9, 2008hi this is the start of my bodyblog first my name is tony from ireland i train in my weights gym in waterford its a weight and bodybuilding gym with about 300 members most are cool guys that will always give some advice to help you along there i only a few lady weight trainers so its a little mad that way but its all about the training any way
I usually train about 3-4 times a week working on groups chest, biceps one day then shoulers and legs the next and the last day of weights training in the week i work triceps and back and alot of core to try and keep my abs in shape
I also do alot of road running to keep the weight down i am 165 pounds now hope to get down to about 155 that would be nice when i am not training weights or running i fight mma i have about 30 fights now and doing ok i also have about 20 kickboxing fights as well so that keeps me fit
