lots of cardio! control your calorie intake, I did really well with running 1st thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then hitting the gym in the evening with cardio at the end, and on my days off I would do cardio in the am, then afternoon hit the gym for weights and cardio, then in th evening I’d just go walk the treadmill
