prison diet
ok my diet is back again im eating very good foods and not drinking beer, also my workout are hard and fast,so im happy, but i was wondering how to guys do it when they are in prison,i mean like theyre are guys who go in there for years(or months) and come out like so well builded,,the food isnt that good in there(or is it),,so does that mean food isnt that important,or do they get some steroids to help them get the way they are,,i know they have time on theyre hands so they can train hard, but if the food is shit and steroids cant get in,,does it mean hard work is the only factor..just something on my mind,,,"i dont think im going to try prison to find out the reason"

That’s a good point, not that I’ve personally meet many built guys that have done time. I guess my impression comes from movies which obviously over emphasize how tuff/muscley there guys are.If it is true then i’m going to put it down to genetics and possibly steroids. Maybe people who are criminals also have the ability to produce a higher level of testosterone???

I hate to say it but I have been there and not for murder or rape or anything of that sort. I do have to say that was the healthiest point in my life. The food isn’t all that but you do get canteen which you can purchase ramen noodles and things of that sort. You also get packages which you can have canned food like tuna and dried meats. We can’t eat the best to say the least but enough to bulk up some. We stay with our every day routine which helps time pass or else you think of the outs and get depressed. I worked out 5 days a week for a year straight and when I got out people were like dam you got big. Not worth it to be behind bars but I can tell you the dedication is there when you are in. Plus you have to stay fit if anything ever goes down. Alot of it has to do with genitics. African americans get ripped and shredded in there while it would’ve took me alot longer to. I did gain 15 lbs of muscle doing my time. Its been over 10 years since I’ve been there and since then I’ve grown up. They have since then removed all weights. So now its just bar work which is pull up style excercises and calistetics.

I’ve always wondered the same thing. Good question!
