					<description>I've just bought my first set today, those are killer! I use to train with a camp that used them in line with circuits if you do that you'll see crazy results! There was a guy that prior to starting on the circuits he was 220lbs after about 1 and 1/2 months he was at 180 - 185 and strong!!!!!</description>

					<description>You're right on schedule with your gallon intake.  You could, if you wanted, go up to 1.5 gallons, but it's difficult.  Water is essential to fat loss, so keep it up.  Good job!  Please read my blog on fat-burning cardio and it will answer many of your questions.  Let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.  
By the way, make certain you're doing all else right by way of cardio, resistance training, and proper nutrition.  Julie</description>
