Bodyweight 300 or 500
Has anyone done either of these routine’s? Im finishing up my 6 week plan today and am looking for a high speed/circuit routine or just an intense medium wieght/high rep workout. I came accross the 300 from Bodybuilding.com and the 500 one on google. Has anyone ever done either?

I’ve just bought my first set today, those are killer! I use to train with a camp that used them in line with circuits if you do that you’ll see crazy results! There was a guy that prior to starting on the circuits he was 220lbs after about 1 and 1/2 months he was at 180 - 185 and strong!!!!!
