Is this to much?

I work at a desk all day so I try and drink a lot of water.  Lately I have been drinking close to a gallon over the period of 1 day.  Is that to much?  I’m never hungry and thats good but I’m always heading to the restroom.  Should I put a limit on how much I drink?

I drink at least that much every day as well. I would have to say no if you are training/running every day. I know the bathroom breaks can get annoying, but if you can space out the drinking a little bit you shouldn’t have a problem. Also, make sure you eat during the day it will help with the water and keep you from feeling bloated. Good luck.

You’re right on schedule with your gallon intake. You could, if you wanted, go up to 1/5 gallons, but it’s difficult. Water is essential to fat loss, so keep it up. Good job! Please read my blog on fat-burning cardio and it will answer many of your questions. Let me know if I can be of further assistance to you.
By the way, make certain you’re doing all else right by way of cardio, resistance training, and proper nutrition. Julie
