Thursday, May 22nd, 2008Welcome to my blog! Well I am just starting out on losing some fat and toning up. I started April 1st and have been dedicated ever since. I have not started working on my diet yet as I don’t eat much and didn’t think that was a factor until I came here and also noticed I wasn’t seeing much improvements on my fat loss. So now I am really focused on changing my diet BIG TIME, which will be difficult as I don’t like alot of the foods recomended. I am a meat and potatoes kinda girl! Any help would be appreciated, I am up for all kinds of ideas!
