		<description><![CDATA[i am training Pecs and abs today&#8230; further it is REP RANGE Protocol - undertaking rep sequence in the 8 -15 range. i will train on Hammer Incl Press, Hammer Press, Pec Deck, and Incl Dum Flyes. i shall utilize X-reps often too&#8230; doing Xreps, and even DXOs&#8230;. maybe XFs too.

i am cutting out &#34;bad things&#34; from my diets.  i am &#34;cleaning up&#34; my diet&#8230; and that will enable me to make headway&#8230;
