REP RANGE Protocol today. training lats and mid back…..undertaking Yates Rows (5 x 10), Barbell Rows (2×10), Lat Pulldowns (neutral grip) (10 x 10), V Handle Pull down (2 x 10), Stiff Armed Lat Pull (2 x 10).
whew……….and excited to see if i dropped another lb. i weighed in at 256 yesterday. on my way to 240!

i am training Pecs and abs today… further it is REP RANGE Protocol - undertaking rep sequence in the 8 -15 range. i will train on Hammer Incl Press, Hammer Press, Pec Deck, and Incl Dum Flyes. i shall utilize X-reps often too… doing Xreps, and even DXOs…. maybe XFs too.

did not make it in yesterday ———-still battling (1)time constraints; (2) fatigue…..
well, i shall make it in - DEFINATELY - today….training delts and arms…. POWER Protocol….
i am cutting out "bad things" from my diets. i am "cleaning up" my diet… and that will enable me to make headway…
i shall have to start doing cardio. which means going to the gym earlier and earlier. all things in time..

i have been away from my bodyblog for a time….well, i have returned…..today, is a day of training Delts and Arms! yes…. an d it will be in POWER Protocol, utilizing many NAs (negative accentuated reps)….
i discovered my BMR. it is 2274, and to lose fat/ weight (i am shooting for 1774 calories p/day)…
i want to be ideally, SIGNIFICANTLY "cut up" - even "rippped".
i KNOW I can - and shall do it…

i am to train lats / back in SHOCK Protocol today — -but i am seeming to battle some sort of bug — i feel nauseas right now.. uuuughh.. i do …….so i may not end up going to the gym afterall. uuuughhhh..

i weighed in @ 258 today — not sufficient, not satsifactory. i wll, i shall continue to work on losing body fat - and subsequaenly, body weight. i shall….
i trained SHOCK Protocol today - pecs…i undertook multi-rest -pause - rest sets (MRPs) on Hammer incl presses and Hammer Presses…..i did 1 1/4 sets on cable crosses and pec decks.. i did X rep onlysets on incl dum flyes too.i was impressed by the amt of resistance i was using on the hammer incl press - 290 lbs.(good stuff).. and i used on the Hammer Press - 220lbs…..
good progress. great pump…

today is REP RANGE Protocol, training delts, bi, tri, and forearms………i will undertake hammer sh. press (10 x 10 style), incl dum lat raise (2 sets), and rev pec deck (sets ), and i have yet to determine which bi and tri exercises… i think, i believe i am training bicep peak and tri sweep — i think . i shlla have to check my log book to make sure..
i hope that i hit the scale at 257 (or less)…i STILL, i CONTINUE to want to get into the 240s. i KNOW i can do it..

today is Lat / Back day — Rep Range Protocol….i will do 10 x10 sets —- on Yates Row —and then 3-5 x 10 on "regular barbell rows"….further i i will undertake 10×10 on lat pulldowns (neutral grip), 2 sets of yates lat pulldown, 2 sets of stiff lat pulldowns, and 2 sets of v handle lat pulldowns..i will get an intense PUMP when it is all said and done.
ii continue to work on getting wider and thicker — acquiring more andmore of a V cut/taper — accentuating my shoulders/lats, and demphasizing my waist…
i am naturally thick in the waist, and i must create an illusion w my body…

today is REP RANGE Protocol….i am training pecs and abdominals…hoping to dial in my weight to 255 today.. on it’s way to 240s….yes!
i will do a primary set for 10 x10 style on incl hammer press, and 5 x10 on hammer press…..i will do cable crosses and /or pec deck 2 sets (w/ xreps — static X….)… and i will do xreps on the stretch of a incl dum flye….
