POWER Protocol on Delts and Arms….i focused on Bicep width and tricep width too….i did mostly NAs on the reps/sets…..

 

weighed in at 256. MUST lose more weight. i shall!!!

leg & glutes workout today ————POWER Protocol. that means heavy weights and slow negative strokes (on a rep) —"NAs"….

 i wonder what i shall weigh in at too?

still making slow progress - not nearly as quick as i would care too– on the weight / fat loss (fat loss is more important then weight loss– andi must reecall this)…

today is lats/back workout in the POWER Protocol — which means heavier weights, w/ NAs (negative accentuate reps) — that is i explode on the postive stroke of a rep, and slowly release on the negative end of the stroke (5-7 secs)…it really attacks and annihilates and breaks down the muscle the tissue for ultimate stimulation, etc…

 i probably will start w/ row - Yates and regular barbell rows.. — for thickness.  then underhand (yates) lat pulls, neutral grip lat pulls, and v handle lat pulls - for width….

 i use straps to help out on the grip, and so that i can get peak contraction too…..

 

i weighed in at 257 yesterday..s till wish to get into the 240s…

i am training pecs and abs today….doing POWER Protocol in my endeavor..

i am going to do incl hammer presses, hammer presses, cable cross (high), pec deck, and dum incl flyes…..i am doing the set w/ NA (negative accentuated reps)… i will also do some Xrep only sets on the various exercises.

 

i weighed in at 257 today. that is cool……..another 10 lbs to go! i will do it!

i am returning to the gym……i watched an older Jay Cutler DVD - NEW , IMPROVED , AND BEYOND. it helps motivate me, and instructs me as to how the Pros actually train…i am back to ERIC BROSER’S SYSTEM — and doint SHOCK Protocol today. undertaking delts, arms (incl forearms).

i am sgill in a"cutting phse" -but plan to undertake this initative by CLOSELY monitniroing  my caloric intake…(& fat, and carb intake— my protein intake is pretty good/strong)..

 

 i KNOW where i wish to go, and destined to arrive…i have my goals.

i continue to be plagued — harsh term- w/ indifference and fatigue (mental and physical) —- i was too tired to train today. just so tired…..

 could be remanants of flu — stress at work — or………

i am training delts, mid back, biceps and forearms today… whew…i have not had my energy levels the past few days — we shall see.

i am doing lots of different xreps and multi-sets and well, it is almost like SHOCK every day. and i am hitting a bodypart 2x p/week now.. before it was 1.5 times at times…

 

it it islthe leaning out phase.
