today is lats/back workout in the POWER Protocol — which means heavier weights, w/ NAs (negative accentuate reps) — that is i explode on the postive stroke of a rep, and slowly release on the negative end of the stroke (5-7 secs)…it really attacks and annihilates and breaks down the muscle the tissue for ultimate stimulation, etc…
i probably will start w/ row - Yates and regular barbell rows.. — for thickness. then underhand (yates) lat pulls, neutral grip lat pulls, and v handle lat pulls - for width….
i use straps to help out on the grip, and so that i can get peak contraction too…..
i weighed in at 257 yesterday..s till wish to get into the 240s…
