i am training REP RANGE PROTOCOL today - training delts, biceps, triceps , and forearms….
i will do 10 x 10 style of training for Hammer Sh. Press, tri pushdowns, and bar curls (narrow grip — so i can work on getting a better peak of the biceps)…i will do stretch position exercises and contracted position exercises for the delts, tris,and bis…. n the foreamrs, i will do only rev bar curls, hammer curls (which both get the forearms indirectly, and wrist curls and rev wrist curls (directly affecting the forearms). i am trying to get more vascularity inthe forearms, not necessarily size –b/c they are pretty big (as forearms is a strong body part ofmine)….

REP RANGE Protocol today - focus on the legs and glutes….i will be training using smith squats (10 x 10 Style), Leg Presses ( 5 x 10 Style), leg curls (2-3 sets) and leg ext (2-3)..i will likely include stiff dead lifts too (2 sets — w/ DXO)….on the Leg Presses and leg curls and leg ext i shall include X reps on the final set(s)…
by training this way, i saturate and stimulate the muscle tissues, pump much blood, and also get a mid range exercise, a stretch exercise, and get a contracted position exercise (Positions of Flexicon)…
i hope i am still at or lower than 255 todya. i am shooting for 254….

today, i am training lats/back…..i may shake some things up in the REP RANGE Protocol…in the efforts of continuing to get my back wider and wider (& still grow thicker), i may do lat pulls and stiff arm lat pulls first - instead of doing rows first in my regiment. i will do 10 x 10 style on lat pulls. do 2-3 sets of stiff arm lat pulls…then i will do Yates Rows (10 x 10 style), and regular Barbell Rows (3-5 sets - 10 x 10 style)… whew…………it is a good thing that i have a strong and rather large back (even though i am "natural" — who knows where my potential could take me if i was not "natural", and if i was a little younger (i am approaching 41)…
i STILL wish to continue "cutting up" and slimming down. i am making progress. hopefully i will weigh close to 255 today…we shall see.
in addition. i want to give a moment to remember my dear brother DDD, RIP. he would be 37 today. a wonderful man. a wonderful brother.

i weighed in @ 258 - -disappointing —but i am not blubbery or anything like that - just making consistent fat loss. i am on my way to hitting 240 - and w/in months…
i conitnue to eat correctly — although yesterday/last night,i ate (or over ate! lol) too much….
but i am back on my path/plan…

yesterday, i was unable to ttrain afterall - i even made it up to the parkinglot of the gym— but there were time constraints, and i needed to go to work pronto. so, i shall train pecs today, in the REP RANGE Protocol (more detail given in yesterdays Post)…
congrats to Mr. O - Jay Cutler. i remain a HUGE fan - w/ a couple of his DVDs and his book, and just an all around fan of the guy… he brought a sensational package to The Orleans Arena in Vegas last night! wish i was there!!! He is something else!
