yesterday,i trained pecs — after a week off to go to LAS VEGAS, NV!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i really hit the town HARD too! wow!!
i have begun (& nearly finished) reading Sly Stallone’s - "Sly Moves". it is his workout and diet training guide. it is "really" for the uninitiated, but there are some insights of interest. i am beyond the beginner status that the book is more geared too and for. but still some insight(s) do exist…
the pic that Stallone uses appears to be more of the "down" or "off" cycle of ‘roids. he appears less buff, less ripped, less STALLONE. he looks more "moral".
today i am training Back/Lats. working on creating the illusion of a wider and wider back, and still gaining EVEN MORE thickness too! whew!!
i will concentrate on POWER Protocol today, along w/ a very slow cadence on the Negative of a stroke/rep. focus on NAs!
yesterday, i somehow still hit the scale at 271. i need to shed 20+/- lbs., to get down to the 250 or less range. and that is my goal! i want to get very buff! and leaner….
live hard. train harder!
