Friday, July 31st, 2009today is a SHOCK day.i am NOT undertaking leg work. my legs are STILL aching in the joints. i am trying to rest them…i shall be undertaking delts and arms today…i will do 15 x 10 on Hammer SH. Press, and do incl lat raises (w. dumbell) & rev pec deck. i will do barbell curls (15 x 10), concen dum curls, and hammer incl. dum curls& also rev bar curls — all for 1-2 sets each…………it will be a fast workout too! i am doing much to accomplish to get my metabolism up…. i weighed in at 269 yesterday..seemingly, i cannot get past 268 or 267 in weight. uuughh………i bet i weigh 268 today…
