today is a SHOCK day.i am NOT undertaking leg work. my legs are STILL aching in the joints. i am trying to rest them…i shall be undertaking delts and arms today…i will do 15 x 10 on Hammer SH. Press, and do incl lat raises (w. dumbell) & rev pec deck. i will do barbell curls (15 x 10), concen dum curls, and hammer incl. dum curls& also rev bar curls — all for 1-2 sets each…………it will be a fast workout too! i am doing much to accomplish to get my metabolism up…. i weighed in at 269 yesterday..seemingly, i cannot get past 268 or 267 in weight. uuughh………i bet i weigh 268 today…

i decided to take yesterday off after all………….i will undertake lats/back training today. i will undertake 15 x 10 yates rows and 15 x 5 on barbell rows too….i wll do lat pulls and stiff lat pulls (contracted position)…i do not do Pullovers — i do not like the feel - or lack of it…. but i MAY do an Underhand Grip Pull Down to get more stretch too…

 

my back is one of my strong points, and i always get good pumps and i am blessed w/ width and thickness in my lats & back…

 i shall keep my pace in a rapid zone - get aerobic benefits too. to get a good strong pump..

today is a SHOCK protocol day - again. i am training lats / back! i will undertake 15 x 10 Yates Rows & 15 x 5 on regular Barbell Rows…i wil try to get i some Static Xreps too. and even just plain old xreps/burns/partials..

 

i will work on getting the tension on teh muscle for 30 + secs per set too. to get more of a burn/ pump…

 

i will undertake Lat Pulldowns and Stiff ArmLat pull downs (or may use a rope to do them)…

 

i am curious to see where my weight is today. i am hoping that i dropped ANOTHER pound or two…

today is SHOCK protocol day. i am training Chest/Pecs today… i will do  principally Multi-Rest-Sets & some drop sets too. and do not forget xreps on the end of a set……i may undertake a set of xreps only - since i have read that that at times leads to growth — and that is what i am all about. the rest period will be brief too…….i still will keep the rep range fairly high, and also 1 principle set of 12-15 x 10 set too on the incl. hammer press. i should get a sensational pump…..

 

i was told yesterday by an old friend that i looked HUGE and definately  muscular - she had not seen me in a while, and she said " you look like you have been working out very hard". and i have….but i STILL need to drop excess fat on the stomach region. i want to shed this…. i am working on it..

i should  train legs/glutes today - but my stomach is upset and i do not need added pressure on my intestines & stomach…therefore, i shall train delts, and arms…….it is a REP RANGE Mode too. i shall keep the reps HIGH. and use Xreps and Stactic Xreps too.

 

hopefully my stomach holds out for this too! uuughh.

well, today is a REP RANGE day again……..i need to incorporate MORE Xreps/Partials/Burns into my reportrie (sp) today…..i am training lats/back…i will do 10 x 15 Yates Rows(medium grip) & 5 x 15 Barbell Rows (wide) —- or vice versa. we shall see….the yates rows are sometimes difficult w/ the inverted hand grip….i wll undertake Lat Pulls - 2/3 sets w/ xreps and stiff lat pull too - 2 sets w/ xreps……that should take about 30-35-40 minutes of training. i am cutting back the rest time too - to burn more calories and enhance the PUMP….

 my back isCERTAINLY one of my strong points. definately…i have a thick and wide back. i am keen on further improvements to it — developing def (i lack) and gaining even greater thickness and width — to de-emphasize my naturally thick midsection. create an illusion…

today, i will train  Rep Range again - for the chest/pecs…i will undertake 10 x 15  on Hammer Incl Press, and do Pec Deck & probably hit flys &/or Hammer Press ( 5 x 15)

 

i am raising the rep range to work on getting pumps and burns and wittling away body fat. i am cutting back on the rest time too — all in the effort of burning fat..

 

my immediate goal is to get back down to 250. i am on the way, @ 269 yesterday…. i am onthe way..
