today, i am back on board training Legs, glutes, and abs…. i am in SHOCK mode too! i may even try 10 x 10 regiment too. we shall see. perhaps on the hack squat or smith squat….
but i will burn out the legs and glutes today!! (& do not forget abs too)…
it is sunny too. i may work on a suntan too today…
