i think i may have been so psyched for gains and progress that i am not giving enough time to rest, recover, and grow. i may be overtraining — again. and i have been working on not doing that too! go figure!

i shall have to be more attentive to my plight…

 i am training SHOCK — Traps, delts, biceps, and forearms… today….

 

and i must keep my eye on total sets. keep them lower - especially since i train to failure on sets.

today, i am back  on board training Legs, glutes, and abs…. i am in SHOCK mode too! i may even try 10 x 10 regiment too. we shall see. perhaps on the hack squat or smith squat….

but i will burn out the legs and glutes today!! (& do not forget abs too)…

 it is sunny too. i may work on a suntan too today…

today, i undertake SHOCK training on my pecs, lats, and tris. it will take a lot out of me too! uuughh.. !

 i must get prepared for it!i must come ready!

 yesterday i weighed in 268 — but do not look like a typical 268. i am looking better and better…but not satisfied at all…

i have been taking a few days off due to "burn out" or general great fatigue. today, i MUST return to thegym. yet , i am still tired..but i stilll shall go forward! Push onward!!

i have really been hit w/ fatigue the past 2 days. i took extra time off - and it appears, in terms of my physique, that it has paid off —- although mentally, taking time off has played games w/ me!!

my physique looks good — although not near my ultimate goal(s)…

 

today, i am training delts, traps, biceps, forearms, and abdominals — IF i can muster the energy level necessary for it! IF………….i am so tired — STILL…

so i am trying, trying HARD.
