this morning, i am training abs and chest…use REP RANGE. i believe i shall be taking a more Volume Training rather than the traditional HIT. i need a change of pace, and i worry about injuries and form….i have seen ads for ab coaster. it seems like the read deal. i want to get it, althoug it is $400 in expense.  i still think it shall be likely that i will get it afterall. i have room for it in my workout room/ garage.

i am "shaking things up" to some degree. changing my workouts to one body part per day - instead of doing 2-3 per day. i have been very tired lately, and having tremendous difficulty in finishing and recovering. so i am trying to alter things to some degree. we shall see it’s effect….i am giving it a try…

 still doing POWER, REP RANGE, and SHOCK periodic training though…

yesterday, i trained POWER - pecs. lats, and triceps………i had simply impingement difficulties on the my bench press- i have rotator problems (left rotator/ shoulder)…

 i can do incl presses - but the regular, staple, flat bench presses - i seemingly can no longer due. this incls flat bench flys too. the pain is substantial….

 

today, i train Rep Range abs, traps, delts, biceps, and forearms…i am still trying to warm mup and prepare myself physically and mentally….i need to get pumped up — but i am tired! we shall see…

my abs are still rather sore from a few days ago. but it shall not halt my efforts…

today, i work abs, glutes, hams, and quads.  i will do POWER sequence (low reps) and NAs (negative accentuated sets).

i can already begin to see / tell that i am losing some body fat reserves. i shall keep steadfast on my pursuit.

i have still been battling some issues concerning fatigue. but ia m doing beter. i am doing better this morning - and i intend to train vigilantly…i work abs too today!

well, the past two days have been rough - dealing w/ extreme fatigue.. ouch… but, i am back on my Testosterone supplementation. nothing illegal mind you. nothing at all….

 it should (1) help w/ energy levels; (2) help w/ recovery; (3) help w/ the aging process — since i am now, er, 40. uggghh…lol

today, i train abdominals, traps, shoulders, biceps, and forearms. i shall be undertaking a rep range schematic too.

today, i train REP RANGE (10-20 reps p/ set), w/ XREPS (partials/burns) and NAs (Negative Accentuated Sets)…. i am training today the body parts of Traps, Shoulders, Biceps, and Forearms - not to forget, Abdominals too (which i shall train first - when i am at my peak in energy, etc.)

i weighed myself. sort of  disappointed that i have not lost more weight - yet i also realize that it is sort of a misgiving to rely on weight too m uch - one should be prone to examine their physique based upon the elements of their physique - not what a scale may or may not read…but i am not prone to ignorance on this issue.  i must remain focused on my goal(s) - and i shall!

 

i feell / attribute great potential pain to the fact that failure (non-acceptable) shall cause many, many great pangs of pain!…

i have also assciated great pleasure to the satisfaction of gettin g myself into shape - that is total and regal glory of ultimate conditioning. i have 87 days to reach this apex…..i need to continue to hone in ommy diet. yep! no more chocolate pop tarts (a weakness of mine - lol)…..
