i have rebegun a NEW 90 day countdown to getting into the greatest physical conditioning possible at my ripe age of 40! lol…

 

i am using Xreps and NAs (negative accentuated sets) primarily as a conduit for success…

 i am using the power of Pain and Pleasure to further motivate me, and control my focus…

i have loaded up on my caffiene and today i am begining to train on my Periodic System of POWER, REP RANGE, and SHOCK.

today is POWER for traps, shoulders, biceps,and forearms — using lower rep scheme - w/ Xreps (burns/partials/etc) too.

tomorrow will be a leg/glute/ab workout - using POWER.

on Monday, it will be chest/lats/triceps - using POWER.

 then the following week i shall do a REP RANGE scheme…then followed by a SHOCK scheme.

At any moment in time, you must realize that your reality is based upon whatever you focus on. In other words, whatever you focus your attention on is what is most real to you.

You must learn to the Motivating Forces of Pain and Pleasure.

Therefore, if you want to change your behavior, you must focus your attention on:

1. How not changing your behavior will be more painful than changing it.

2. How changing it will bring you measurable and immediate pleasure.

If you want to change this once and for all, you have to decide right now that you control the focus of your mind. If you are not following through, all that you have to do is foucs on, "what’s the pain I’m going to have if I don’t do this?" instead of focusing on the pain yo might experience from taking the action. You also have to focus on what pleasure yo will experience when you do follow through. You must chagne what you link pain and pleasure to in order to change your behavior.*What’s the pain I’m going to have if I don’t do thins?*

well, tonight i am planning to sit down w/ an Anthony Robbins CD and plan out my "new" plan for getting/transforming myself into the new "me" for Spring/Summer.

 

i am not plaesed w/ the results that i hav ebeen recieveing the past few weeks… so it is time for a change. and i am going to take the necessary efforts too!

i remain VERY COMMITTED to massive change(s). i know i can do it…
