 i cycle POWER, REP RANGE, and SHOCK. and i must attest, my strength has increased w/ every cycling/workout…

90 DAYS AND COUNTING

today, Thurs, i am training Chest, Lats,  Triceps, and abdominals. i am doing SHOCK Protocol too… many extended sets following DC Training and Mentzer theories..

 i shall weigh myself afterwards, after my training session in the garage…….

 i was interested in getting P90X training guide/set… but due to my physical infirmaties — from an automobile accident, i shall be unable to physically be able to do all that is required. if i would evne try, i would become further injured. hence, i have held off on the purchase… but i STILL very much wish to become — RIPPED!!! and BUFF!!! i have 90 days to do just this…

 

STARTING TODAY!  DAY 90!! AND COUNTING!

today i train legs/glutes — i am using HiGH REP Protocol. i will hit the rep sequence into the 20s.  i shall do ab work too…

Friday…———-High Rep Protocol

upset that today i tipped the scale at 258. i know that i keep fluctuating daily 4-5 lbs… but i want more discernable progress. it shall come! i know that i shall get SHREDDED.

i have set a 12 week outcome / strategem…

i will even have veins on my abs… SHREDDED…

 using a 12 week strategem — slowing losing the weight, i shall not lose much in terms of muscle mass, hard earned muscle mass!!!

 today, i train traps, delts, biceps,and forearms…i use a HIGH REPETITION Protocol today.
