today, Thurs, i am training Chest, Lats, Triceps, and abdominals. i am doing SHOCK Protocol too… many extended sets following DC Training and Mentzer theories..
i shall weigh myself afterwards, after my training session in the garage…….
i was interested in getting P90X training guide/set… but due to my physical infirmaties — from an automobile accident, i shall be unable to physically be able to do all that is required. if i would evne try, i would become further injured. hence, i have held off on the purchase… but i STILL very much wish to become — RIPPED!!! and BUFF!!! i have 90 days to do just this…
