i am watching some UFC prior to my workout — so as to get myself hyped up for an intense back and abdominal workout. ! yeah!!
i continue to foucs on VIT — intstead of HIT. but i still use Xreps/Burns/partials.. especially on last set of an exercise.
i contie to work on my V Taper. and doing lots of barbel rows - well, it really works the lats - thickness ad width…

my traps are still sore from my traps/delts workout from a few days ago.tender…. not injured - or not severly… just tender… i did a lot of shrugs - and i must have "really" hit the muscle.
today, i am doing back. i shall do 20-25 total sets (certainly no few than 3 sets p/ 6 or so exercises. i truly hit the muscle utilizing different grips and width of grips. i use both underhand grip and overhand grips…
i shall weigh myself aftewards too. i want to hone in some of the recent weight gain (in a "bulking phase")..

i happened to be looking thru an old issue of REPS! — and it had a profile on one of my favorite bodybuilders of all time (& certainly form the golden era) - Serge Nubret! great pictures and insight(s). he consumed alot of horsemeat for instance! and it debated his possible XRATED Film career too. The Black Panther is/was PHENOMENAL! AMAZING
i am doing VIT today - still continuing "shaking"things up… i will do 20-25 sets on the pecs..
off i go to train before work.

i shall weigh myself in –AGAIN — i cheated and spluged on a bag of marshmallows — actually two. uugghh. GUILT i now feel.
today, i train arms - bi & tris & brachialis (for added thickness)…i shall do appox 9-12 sets for bi; 9-12 sets for tris; and 3-5 sets for brachialis(sp)…i shall utilize alot of "instictive training" too. learn to listen my body is critical…

i am up to 251 - not lookin’ poor, not lookin’ bad– i cheated yesterday, and munchd on too bags of marshmallows!uuuuuughhhh!
today, i am goind legs, glutes - i will concentrate on leg curls, leg extentions, and stiff dead lifts. i will do x reps (partials/burns) too - on nearly all sets - w/ a slow cadence..
further, my deltoids/traps are still sore from yesterday’s workout . good! i am really hit the muscles! i am stil lsore from my pec workout, and my back wourkout!
off to lift!
