well, i am running late on time — hence, i may only train lats and pecs (and neglect the triceps today).. b/c i want to train in some fashion today..i have a photo shoot   (for sinsations.com) come this Sunday, and i want to look good! buff!

i shall tan — again — and then train abdominals, quads, hamstrings, and glutes…i will do EVERY set w/ X reps ("partials").

 i have denoted recently that i have gained some serious size over the months - even while i slim down my mid-section. my abdominals are more and more pronounced. which is good!

the tanning process is enabling me to look thicker and more muscular and dense…

i continue to work on getting my base tan…it is working, the tan is coming along in a strong fashion!

 today, i train abs, lats, pecs, and triceps…tomorrow, i train abs, glutes, and  legs - heavy emphasis on glutes mind you (stiff dead lifts - multiple sets - doing DXO)…

today i train abdominals (always abs first, and HARD!!), lats, pecs, and triceps…i need to get a really good pump on the triceps too.. why? b/c, in the past, when i am running behind my tight schedule, i at time eliminate the last body part from a training regiment (i.e., triceps or biceps/forearms) — for time sake, and getting to work on time. that is not an issue today- since i am off work, and do not need to rush off…

if i get an opportunity, i may even go and "tan" sometoday…

stripping and friday’s workout

well, i am back to stripping/entertaining on weekends. i am w/ sinsations.com - again - i have held a long relationship w/the agency before, and i am back…i even  tanned today….

 now i REALLY need to concentrate on my abdominals and glutes - and symetry —- COMPETITION MODE in effect!

 

today, i train abs, delts, mid back, biceps, and forearms… INTENSITY!!!! i shall come and bring forth!!!

stripping

i am up very early this morning. i am going to the doctor’s office for pain management - to curb pain from a ‘99 auto accident… in addition, i have begun to strip, to entertain, to dance again… i begin shortly — after getting my tan going, etc…

 

today, i train quads, hamstrings, abdominals, and glutes. i am going to really work teh glutes (for apparent reasons)..
