My workouts have been really good lately. I have been really concentrating on each rep to make it count. My diet has been disrupted a little these last few days because an order of my protein was delayed and we have been having snow problems. I will be hitting the stores tomorrow, hopefully, to stock up on more food.

Wow! You really now that you have worked your triceps when you wake up in the middle of the night so sore that you can hardly move your arms. I love that feeling… You just know that your workouts are effective.
I am still bulking up and the muscle is packing on.

This week has been kind of slow. We are all iced in, here in Missouri, and it is kind of nice to just take a break from life… But not a break from working out! My Legs felt the burn, my abs feel the pain, my biceps are screaming, and my confidence is throught the roof! This is my body and I am taking control!

I have succesfully completed my first week of bulking. All of my workouts were good. Every ounce of food is gone, and I feel stuffed… I am satisfied. Next week I’ll have progress pics!

Wednesday I got a terrible migrain/headach? around 1:00 in the afternoon. I was seriously thinking about skipping my leg workout. But… I didn’t! I worked through the pain and came out with a really good workout.
However, the pain did not go away so I went to bed. Someone else had to teach the little children.
All is well this morning.

Monday I started my bodybuilding program… I ate all the right foods, blasted my arms to exahaustion, and just a great day.
