Its been a while since I have written a post, but I felt compelled to do so tonight after the workout I had. Tonight was amazing, it was a leg day and with all weights and lifts combined I moved a total of 68,475lbs tonight.. I was dead tired but energized by how all the heavy weight made me feel I flew through my cardio session with no problem at all. Stay Strong everyone.

Well yesterday did me no good what so every as I was sick again. However, I was up at 3 this morning and back in the gym for some HIIT
It was amazing, I did not push myself to hard due to the sickness yesterday but it was enough to break a sweat and get me energized for my day.

Today’s workout was not as intense I would have liked it to have been but I must say that I am totally enjoying incorporating items from my days of playing football. There are many basic items you forget about and then when you come back to them you begin to ask why you ever strayed away because of how well they seem to work. Today marked the first day of a very long yet welcomed road I will be traveling down. I look forward to the destination I have charted for myself and I hope to be able to share the progress and the pictures of the path with all of you. Here we go !!!!!!

After pain and injury took care of most of my year, I have finally decided to focus on the me I want to become. I started my super 3 - day cleanse and I will have to say that my 7.5 mile bike ride this morning was AWESOME!!!! I hope to continually grow off of how I am feeling right now, but I know that the worst is yet to come. HANG ON!!!!!

Workout this morning was pretty good, I will start lifting heavier next week to get back into the swing of things. For some reason I stretch and stretch my back out but the right side continues to stay tight. It didnt use to do this before the injury. Still keeping me frustrated yet focused.

Well let me start by telling you I have never been this frustrated in all of my life, I started a new transformation program in the begining of March 2008 and on April 25th, 2008 I was performing deadlifts and went to finish the lift and BAM! L5 herniated disk, horrible. So needless to see just as soon as I started seeing results I am sidelined. I hate it, now I have to wait to be released by the doc before doing anything. Has anyone out there done this? If so was there any exercise you could do while waiting for it to heal? How long were you out?
