Well I was not going to post this but I had to because the gym is to much for me. I have not been in a month and a half so I had to readjust to the foolishness when i went back. Well one thing I did not miss in the gym is the gym bullies and sneaky gym gang members. Well the gym bullies are the dogs and they get on my nerves. Most of these individuals act like pit bulls and german shepherds. I was using a machine and of course a pit bull walks up and ask all rough am I finished. I was looking like hell no. I was like this is my welcome back to the gym. Also the gym dogs make all the noise in the cage I had to adjust. Nextly the gym cats are a pain also because they try to do stuff on the sly. I was using the hamnmer strength hamstring curl and of course a tabby did not ask to politely eased his way into the machine I was using. I was like I have to get use to this gym stuff again. See most of the gym dogs are loud and overbearing. I mean the cage was like a dog pound. Also some of these gym dogs walk around trying to intimidate the cats. But the gym cats are sneaky and they move quick. This older dude is a gym cat he will just sit down and not even ask to work in. Now I hate the gym. I was gone too long. The gym cats also can be all uppity like Samise cats. Oh these individuals will look at you like you are nothing and just take over your weights like you are not even standing there. I saw all this crap on sunday I was like welcome back to myself.
Gym Dogs usually are men but can be women I have seen both in action

Gym dogs are so loud and always got some challenge going. Also some of them walk through the gym like they own it yep like a pit bull.
Cats are can be both sexes they get on my nerves because they are alway doing some sneaky stuff. Then they try to pretend they do not see you standing there while they are doing it.
Tabby, Samise(and all the other uppity breeds), calicos, and of course the alley cat (these have no manners at all but still sneaky and sly.
What I do not like about the gym cats they are sneaky like hell they will sit and watch you intently so they can get what they want. I have seen this with people who call themselve trying to do circuit training in a busy gym. It is like since they need to go from machine to machine and you are on one they on the sly bully you with that cat like stare. I do not trust them at all at least with the gym dogs you know what they are up to. Just like actual cats just stare with out expression and maybe meow once.

Well I am back at the heavy lifting and I am sore like hell. I took some time out of the gym and did old skool training methods. Now I have been receiving a lot of crap for discussing my old skool issue. Well I had to cut down on the heavy lifting and focus on losing more body fat. I figured out that building and burning is too much for my body and for some strange reason when I lift heavy my body wants to hold weight. Therefore I had to cut back for a month. Well in doing that I did not lose strength I actually lift heavier (got stronger). I did some deadlifts and I lift 50 pounds heavier. Now when I started to cut back I was doing deadlifts at 80 pounds on a curl bar. Now I do 135 big jump so I got stronger. Hmm I wonder why. I had not did legs in over a month. Same thing with the leg extensions. Also with the tricep exercises. Also I look more define. I have never seen definition in my arms the way I do now. If you like at my last progress pics you will see. I was shocked. Also, my midsection is almost gone. Another 6 -8 weeks I should start seeing ab muscles because the tone is there. Now if I had listened to all the haters who was against me changing to some old school method this would have not happened. I had a person say cardio is not good for losing fat well it work for me. I think some people on here take to many supplements. So I will never put my foot down on old skool. Now a trainer told me this would not work but it did. See that is why peeps cannot stand most trainers because they say some off the wall crap sometimes. Well I will be talking to my uncle former world class full contact martial arts expert that can drop some old skool tips. I am combining both new and old.
Well I am sore like hell right now. I have a leg workout Friday so I hope that this soreness go away. I am now pursuing a 60 day lifting program that includes some old skool lifting methods that the so called expert so do not work. Also I have included apple cider vinegar in my diet it works.
Also, I you do not like what I am saying about old skool do not read this blog. Go and post your own. Because some of you dudes on here act like some little girls. Leaving personal self esteem comments. If my post make you insecure too bad grow up and get some thicker skin. This is my blog and I am posting my experiences. I like comments but do not twist what I say because you are insecure. Because I am not some punk female some of you just twist what people say so you can sound all high and mighty like you are the gym giant. Put some glasses on so you can read right so you respond to what is being stated. Some of you all are hater like one of my ex boyfriends just always hatin and getting all sensitive worst then the females. So why do you think I did not lose strength doing the month and a half I was not lifting but I got stronger answer that.

I am posting this because this is something I have noticed about people who just struggle with diet the are always trying to observe what everybody else is eating. I have had incidents where individuals who are out of shape and eat bad try to observe what I am eating. Once I had a associate who was always trying to point the bad choices of everybody else. Now keep in mind this person does not work out and eat right at all. She only did this to people who workout. So one day she did that to me I looked like you need to focus on your plate and what you eat. She got all sensitive. See people like that are haters also because they are looking for a flaw. Well if you are reading this post and you do that you are a hater. First above all a person that workout and eat proper most of the time can have a little cheat snack sometimes. Now people who do not workout or eat right should focus on their plate. I have noticed for me women do this more. See my opinon is if these individuals focus on what is on their plate they would be in better health and shape. I have had this happen a lot and I am going to say this women do it more. I have had many women do that it to me " You eat that" See all the hating in my opinion is a waste of time because that energy could be put into the gym and that way they would not be hatin so much. Also, the jealousy that comes behind it is sickening. I have noticed that if you do not eat certain stuff people get jealous about that. I eat pretty clean occassionally I have a binge but I do not struggle with self-control. If one of my hater see me eat a bag of chips they all "You eat that" You know trying to make my gulity. First above all I do not eat that crap everyday also I am not controlled by food. Nextly I do not eat most of the crap the average American eats so I do not need to lazy, out of shape, bad eat individuals being a dietican for me. Well I feel like they need to focus on their diet cause I can manage my weight and diet they cannot. Personally I am tired of lazy undisciple individuals hatin and trying to find flaws in people who manage their health and weight. See women do this crap more I am pretty sure men do but women are lazier so it tend to happen more with the women. Also some people get mad when you do not eat crappy food all the time. It is some crap I do not eat point blank. I do not eat fast food and that will never happen. Now if I was to point out what these lazy people eat I would be wrong. It seems to that people who are lazy and eat bad can make comments about the fit and health but if something is said about them it is being insensitive. I have friend that is fit and small she told me that big girls are always calling her skinny. She told me if she was to call them fat that would be wrong. I thought about what she said and she was right I have had that happen. I told her to just look at them with pity because if you are skinny to them that means they are very deceived about their size. This is the point here most americans will not admit to being overweight and bad eaters it is always society fault. Yeap what you all think. I will be honest most of the time I will ignore it but sometimes people just take it to far. I try my best to live my life but women are some major haters in this. Because most women have be taught that weight cannot be changed also diet is just whatever. I comment back sometimes but at the end of the day if a person eat bad or is not in shape it is not society fault. American need to take responsibilty for their actions and not blame others.

Well I decided to post this blog because I have been noticing that the media is very quick to discuss women hatin on women when it comes to body issues. Men do the same thing and have the same issues like women do. I had a discussion with one of my guy friends and he tried to get me to believe that men do not have body image issues. Yeah right. Like dudes are all confident and only women have those type of issues. I know that society display women issues more then men well that is because men run society.
I had a boyfriend who had a major body image issue but never admitted to it he would try to act like he did not. Everytime we would be out and see a dude that was very buff he would always accuse them of being on steroids. I did not say anything at first but it started to get on my nerves. (I do not like haters around me men or women. I tell people just congratulate.) So it happened more and more. In my mind even if the dude was he still had to work to get cut. So I confronted him about it he got all ignorant. See to me that is not different than a woman who is all out of shape that accuse women who are in shape of having plastic surgery. Yep same thing hatin. He did at all the time. Also, when dudes would try to hit on me that was more swoll then him he would get very offended. First it is not my fault dudes would walk up and try to talk to me so I figured it was more the that. It was because of the build. We would like at TV same stuff hatin. I let him go. I was not going to deal with all that. That is like a man dealing with a woman who has bad body image and not trying to resolve it. Nerve wrecking!
Well I know a lot of dudes will not admit to this because I have asked some but I know I had to deal with. This dude I dated was so much of a hater it consumed him. What I do not understand is why he never admitted to having bad body image. He tried to convince me that only women have those issues. He was very insecure and silly.I was like are you serious. Well I believe a lot of dudes are like that. I mean he even accused my cousin of being on steroids and my cousin is not. I want to know why everytime a dude is swoll nowadays dudes that are not accuse them of being on steroids. This former boyfriend was just a mess and he never admitted to it. Also if you are not buff is it the person fault that is buff. Also, he would talk about how I looked but if I would have said some stuff about him he would have been offended.
That is how some people are if they cannot look a certain way then that is a societal issue. Typical lame American excuse. When you look on tv you see how women complain about this issue but I never hear men complain. Some would think that men do not have this issue. My last boyfriend was very buff so I did not have to deal with all the crap. Also I am tired of dudes that are insecure because other guys tired to hit on me. I came to the conclusion that dude was to weak for me. I did not have time to hear some man complain about other dudes bodies. That was a horrible experience for me because he would always act like because he was a man he was more confident then me yet he was a punk.
Well I had to post this one because I have been hearing dudes talking about female body flaws and I wonder if that was reversed how would some of these dudes feel. I personally do not care what some dude think of me but I had to deal with a hatin dude before. Most of the dudes that do that crap are weak and punks. Also why is it society fault some people do not like themselves. Check this if you are not doing the work then shut up complaining! that is the same thing I would tell a female. No pain no gain.

Well I see some of you muscle fantics still doubt and do not believe. But I will say this where I am from there is no fancy stuff and the dudes look good. Matter of fact growing up I saw it all the time. Let the truth be told some of you do not want to admit that the old skool does work. See none of you have been able to explain that. For example my cousins did not start with all that fancy equipment and scienctific crap and they look good. ( I do not just throw around compliments) Also, they did not use all the fancy gym stuff they go now. Where I grew up the most gym equipment you saw was a bench and some barbells and dumbells. But back in the day they did all the old skool stuff and they are ripped and buff. So in my opinion some of you are just some hatin dudes that need a whole lot of supps and crap to even get buff. (one of my former boyfriends was like that he was not a buff dude and had to do a lot and was always hatin. HMM another blog post hatin dudes! Well there is a interview with Nelly on this site and the interviewer was trying to understand how nelly got all buff. Go and check it out. Cause bro does not even do all that stuff some of you all have to do or what these fancy trainers say you have to do. Also the interviewer was all baffled how someone can do so what he did and look good. I am still doing the old skool ab and push up routine. Yeap and getting results everybody can see. I will post pics soon. So for the smartie pants that would say what about you? You will see soon. Let me state this I am not trying to looking all manly in my appearance so I am not trying to lift and look like that. Yeah I am not trying to be mistaken for a man. So you muscle manics that what to leave smart comments do not because you are just wasting you time. The old skool does work. And I see many dudes where I am from that is how they started and they look good. They did not have some fancy trainer or equipment okay. Just agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah part 3 is about how these bustdown trainers be dissin old skool methods. Let me say this I am not saying all trainers but someof these new trainers are garbage. I mean I have heard them say some stuff to send people off. I mean I had one to tell me stop doing cardio. He stated that this is a new way of losing fat by not doing any cardio at all. Now that is some new skool stuff that is crap. So I was like what the hell is he talking about. He was like that is out and has been proven not to work. What was funny to me he had told me that he has trained women with these and it worked. Well I disagreed. Because I know being a woman we need to do more cardio. See some new skool crap that is not right. Now this trainer worked for a gym that is known to have crappy trainers. Also, they look crappy!
Well I have heard others talk about the ab workouts that have high reps to be ineffective. I disagree once again. Cause my cousins do high reps on their abs and they have amazing abs. Yep See new skool is not always right. We need to combine new and old skool. I mean new skool has it benefits because of the technology but it is sending people off. These cats that are selling all these supps have to make the public believe that you need them. In the ads they have somebody with a lab jacket on so it could appear legit. Also some of these cats and companies are really making false claims and they always want to hate on the old skool. Now the old skool needed some technology but to diss it altogether is not right. Some of these new skool trainers are full of crap and greed to get more clients. I have returned to my old skool roots and combined some new skool. I am putting together a 60 day lifting workout which I will start in about a week. How could I have been so naive and let myself drift this far away from my roots. Never again. I do not care if they are the world’s best trainer I am sticking to what I know. Now I am all for innovation and technology that enhances me but some of this stuff is to keep people overweight and out of shape. Let’s be real if people got it together there would be no need for bustdown trainers and supps that do not work. Also, some of these trainers are soarrogant and stupid. They act like they are the epitome of fitness. Well I AM STICKING TO THE OLD SKOOL AND COMBINING SOME NEW SKOOL. CAUSE I GREW UP IN THE HOOD AND THE GUYS DID NOT HAVE SOME TRAINER AND FANCY EQUIPMENT AND THEY LOOK BETTER THEN MOST PEOPLE I KNOW WITH ALL THAT STUFF. KEEPIN IT REAL. I HAVE LOST MORE BODY FAT IN THE PAST MONTH I WILL POST PICS. ALSO I AM ABOUT TO DO MY 250 REP AB WORKOUT. SO SKIP ALL YALL BUSTDOWN TRAINERS SENDING PEOPLE OFF AND DISSIN THE OLD SKOOL. ALSO I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN JAIL BUT THOSE DUDES DO NOT HAVE ALL THE FANCY SUPPS AND SCIENTICALLY ENGINEERED LABEL BEHIND IT. SO EXPLAIN THAT BECAUSE THERE SOMETHING THEY ARE DOING TO GET THE RESULT THEY GOT AND THEY DID NOT HAVE SOME WORLD REKNOWN TRAINER. I WILL NEVER BE HOODWINKED AGAIN TO STRAY FROM WHAT WAS RIGHT. I WASTED A LOT OF TIME I HAVE GROUND TO GAIN. WHAT YALL THINK. DO NOT LEAVE NO HATIN COMMENT EITHER!!!!

Well I have been on the old skool workout for a little over a month now and I have gotten tremendous resultS. Well I will be back in the gym hitting the weights hard this month. So I was doing some research and I noticed that some of what the new skool has been saying is wrong is not always right. One think I noticed is that the old skool did not take all these supplements. I mean they did the essential stuff but all this crap people take now. My ex did not take all this stuff and he was one of the most shredded dudes I knew. I mean some cats are taking so many supplements and still are not shredded. I wonder does some of this stuff really work or is it just for marketing. I am going to keep some of the old skool in my regime because some of these new skool cats are talking out the side of this neck. LOL I had to admit I was brainwashed by these new skool stuff. Well cannot cry over spilled milk. I have to keep up with this. Right now I am trying to put together a 60 day weight training program. Yep old skool has some knowledge that needs to be retained we are getting too advanced to the point where we are letting go of some valuable things for us to keep. I am doing my ab workout everyday and I am getting major results. Some new skool folks for tell you not to do abs everyday well I disagree with that. See that is some of that new skool stuff. Also the root to this is some fo these trainers some are just full of crap. What do you think?

I have been doing what I use to do when I started to workout and I am getting the results again. Now I remember when my uncle who was a professional full contact martial arts expert told me that doing high reps of dips push ups and crunches was the stuff. I think some of these so called nowadays experts are messing people up. Now I come from a family of athletes and I saw all types of workouts so I am open to different techniques. I am not against the technology nowadays but some of this stuff to me is out of control. Now I have heard that doing 300 400 crunches a day (different variations) is pointless. I disagree I have seen many people benefit from that. My ex did that and he is in excellent shape. Yeah he lift weights but he did dips and pushups. His triceps were very ripped and defined.I use to do that and I got the tones abs. So when this stuff came out that doing high reps is pointless I stop. Dumb move on my part. My questions to all these so called experts is how can that be true when people I have seen do that and all the other old skool workouts and are in excellent shape. I got in a lot of trouble listen to all these so called experts. When I first started running my uncle said take more protein and start doing squatting I did not listen cause I was all gym uppity. I was thinking what did he know he hung up his gym shoes years ago. Well he was right. I should have maybe by now my legs would have the mass. I was reading all the new books and listening to all the experts. Doing that time they were telling runners take high carbs and very little protein. Now they changed that. See so some of this new skool stuff is not right. Now I like the new sports technology that has come into play but there needs to be balance. Listen I grew up in the hood and some of the men did not have a gym a membership or some fancy Hammer Strength equipment in the basement and they look better then people who do. Also they did not have to take all this high tech supplements. So explain that so called experts. Also they are in ripped and swoll. So what are they doing? Look at these rappers. They have a interview with Nelly on here. He does not have some special exclusive workout. They are mainly old skool. Also they are in shape like hell so all you so called experts explain that. There needs to be some exposure with thinking everything new skool is right. I am all for the information and new technology but at the same time there is some things that can stay the same. Also what if you do not have a gym what are you going to do not workout. Yeah explain that so called experts. I am sick of these trainers with all these different theories. Nowadays there is to much confusion. I think it is on purpose because it is a market and confused consumers buy anything. What do you think? Explain so called experts.

I am have lose precentage on my body fat. I am just trying to figure out where. This is confusing me. I need some understanding on this one. This is strange. I am really going through this time with all this working out crap. I have done some research about body fat precentage. I have come to the conclusion that is just too complicated. I have never dealt with this issue until now. Does anyone have any tips.
