PROTEIN INTAKE. TAKE LESS GAIN WEIGHT TAKE MORE LOSS.
I have a weird body or maybe I am not the only one. Well I notice when my protein intake is down I start gain weight. But when I increase it I lose weight and notice muscle definition. Well I hate that because I can have low intake for a week and notice weight come in my midsection. Does anyone experience this? These gets on my nerves because I have to have almost 190 grams a day but if I am running a lot I need more then that. Check this that crap gets on my nerves. My friends even notice it. They will say you look leaner this week I could not figure it out but I did eventually. Those weeks my protein intake was higher. I have to keep up with this protein intake. Also buying all the protein can be expensive. I go through so much of it. I am going to have to prepare for a 60 day training routine and I am going to have to buy a lot of protein. If I do not I will screw up the training. this gets on my nerves. Does anybody else have this problem? I have to take at least 3 drinks a day. I do not eat much meat so that is another issue. I am at my end wits. I am busy starting a business so sometimes I miss days and I can notice it. Please Please help any advice. This is crazy.

Yup! I used to think protein would make me fat! I think a lot of people believe that myth. But I get the same effect. And yes, it is SOOOO hard to eat enough protein!!!

I boil a bunch of eggs and keep a baggy full at work and at home. I snack on egg whites, little blocks of cheddar cheese and cashews. My lunch and dinner is usually a protein entree and lots of dark sauteed greens with coconut oil. I also squeeze in a shake during work and shakes pre/ post workout in the evening. note! If you leave boiled eggs out a little while to get to room temp before boiling, the eggs won’t crack too!

That’s puzzling! When you eat less protein, do you replace it by eating more of the carbs and fats? This, I guess, would be an explanation for the weight increase. It happens to me, actually, I will get hungry and go for the cookies
