PROTEIN INTAKE. TAKE LESS GAIN WEIGHT TAKE MORE LOSS.
Wednesday, October 7th, 2009I have a weird body or maybe I am not the only one. Well I notice when my protein intake is down I start gain weight. But when I increase it I lose weight and notice muscle definition. Well I hate that because I can have low intake for a week and notice weight come in my midsection. Does anyone experience this? These gets on my nerves because I have to have almost 190 grams a day but if I am running a lot I need more then that. Check this that crap gets on my nerves. My friends even notice it. They will say you look leaner this week I could not figure it out but I did eventually. Those weeks my protein intake was higher. I have to keep up with this protein intake. Also buying all the protein can be expensive. I go through so much of it. I am going to have to prepare for a 60 day training routine and I am going to have to buy a lot of protein. If I do not I will screw up the training. this gets on my nerves. Does anybody else have this problem? I have to take at least 3 drinks a day. I do not eat much meat so that is another issue. I am at my end wits. I am busy starting a business so sometimes I miss days and I can notice it. Please Please help any advice. This is crazy.
