DOES WHEY PROTEIN CREATE DIGESTION ISSUES?
I do not eat a lot of dairy at all and I do not eat a lot of meat mainly fish. I have had some chicken recently and cannot adjust to eating it. The problem I am running into is this protein issue. I use to take only rice protein then I started some whey. Well whey comes from milk and I do not mess with milk. So I am wonder does whey cause issues for people like me that do not eat much meat or mess with dairy often? Well I use to be almost vegan so I had to make some adjustments for muscle gain purposes. Well I am not getting along with whey. I was taking a rice protein then I included whey but still having issues. So what is with whey is it okay? Because whey is dairy it comes from milk.

They do have some whey proteins that are lactose free. The lactose is probably what is not agreeing with you.
If that doesn’t work you can try goat whey. It doesn’t have lactose and is a very good alternative.

Fitclubmom is right check the lable and make sure it’s not a milk based protien, also you may want to do an after meal chewable with digestive enzymes in it to help you break down the protien. Do you also eat a lot of tuna. the combo can cause someone to be gassy.
