WHAT IS UP WITH THE BODY MASS INDEX? FAT MUSCLE WHAT IS GOING ON?
Well I have lost a lot of body fat and guess what my weight has not changed much. I know I do not have a lot of internal fat so what is the deal. I have lost a lot of externally but my weight has not dropped that much. I will post new pics soon. What is up with that? Well I am medium frame person. I am like what is the deal. Well I am going to have to do some research. I am 20% body fat maybe less now but not much. Help please. I do not have much longer to go before I see my six pack.

BMI is always going to be misleading for an athlete because muscle mass is just denser and heavier (holds more water) than any other tissue… Use the seven-point skinfold measurement or hydrostatic scale to get a more accurate gauge of actual "haelthy" fat levels. The best measure of all though is if you feel good when you get up in the morning and your clothes fit fine! You look great, stay focused and keep in moto all the way - it’s a daily grind we all grow to love… eventually!

Yeah my clothes are falling off. I am not a stick but I do notice I am like way smaller now. Also I have to keep my protein up. That is a pain . I have to take 3 drinks a day along with my food. Otherwise I will start shrinking yeap.
