GOTTA CUT AND EAT CLEAN FOR 3 WEEKS HELP!!!
Well I have been losing now I have to cut hard. Well for me I do not eat a lot of crap anyway but I need to get intense. I need some types. I know that I have to cut sugar. I admit I slipped off for a week. NOw I have to get serious. I am weeks away from seeing cuts in my abs. I just need to get the cut diet right. I was going to do salads protein, no sweets and whatever else I do not know. I need help. I do not eat alot of crap anyway therefore it makes it harder for me to cut. Need help. I know the closer you get to your set weight point it is harder to lean out. The diet has to be right. Help.

If you are working on cutting you are going to need to lower your carb intake throughout the week, minus one regular carb day.
Also, I found that once i reduced my salt intake (more medical than anything else) I found that I was leaning out nicely. Try those two things (lower your carb intake, and reduce your salt) it should help.

Cause I do not eat crap much anywayso I have to go hard with this cut. How many grams carbs a day should I intake.?

Dont forget the cardio. That is what bring my abs out nicely. I was well, but I do cardio of some form 3 days a week.

well thats the tricky part. What i did was I focused on eating good carbs, mostly with my morning meal, (Fruit, Green leavf vegetables, oatmeal, etc) and then througout the rest of the day I cut carbs out with the exception of whatever is already in fruit which I ate about mid-morning, and whatever veggies i ate the remainder of the day. So in other words the only additional carb I ate came from my morning meal. Dont get me wrong, its a crap shoot. You dont want to eat too few carbs that you have no energy during the day.
