Body fat percentage issue and lack of understanding.

I am have lose precentage on my body fat. I am just trying to figure out where. This is  confusing me. I need some understanding on this one.  This is strange.  I am really going through this time with all this working out crap. I have done some research about body fat precentage.  I have come to the conclusion that is just too complicated. I have never dealt with this issue until now. Does anyone have any tips.

It all depends on how you arrived at your BF%. If you had it done with a calliper, then it should be easy to see. In order to get a complete BF% analysis, the caliper is measured in three different areas of the body. For men its the upper chest, love handle area, and mid thigh. Not sure for women.

After all three have been taken it gives you the reading. So if you take the measurement again and its gone down, you should be able see where from the previous measurment.

Actually it is 4 spots the arm as well. but the problem you may not realize is that alot of times you loose body fat in your back which actually is derived from your chest, you may loose body fat but if you are doing any type of resistance training the fat you loose will be replaced with muscle a give and take of the body so you might not see the sudden drop in weight but your clothes will fit different arms are the best way to measure your los as well if they are a getting smaller then you are losing some thing
