I realize I need to cut so now I need a cut diet and I do not know where to start.  I come to the realization that I have muscle but it is some fat covering it.  I will admit I need to start this cut thing.  I do not plan on starting until feb 09.  I was reading about body types and I found out that I have a mixture.  Unfortunately I have the fat storage of an endomorph so I need to cut some.  Any tips!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a large busted woman and when I start to lose weight I go up in a cup size.  I have lost a lot of bodyfat everywhere else but the boobs are growing.  Ladies with the boobs what is up with that?  I do not understand this.  I am losing fat and gaining muscle and the boobs are getting bigger.  I do not understand this.  I have talk to other women who have experience this.  I questioned a trainer about this he said it could be genetic.  I will say this I am really researching this.  Now I have heard the theory that fat shifts on the body.  I was also told that it happens mainly on women.  I need some help.  I run so I am burning fat mass like crazy but the boobs are getting bigger. I will admit if I did not workout I would be much bigger all over. I have been fighting the fat stuff for years. Well I need some explanation. What is up?
