Help with Abs
I am currently in Iraq and will be home some time in Feb. I spend all my spare time in the gym that i can. Because that i am here i have a hard time following a diet because we dont get that much of healhty food. I would like to know what i can do to just get my Abs cut and and have that line of definition in them so when I go back home my wife and family will not belive how much I have changed. I there are supplements i can take to help please let me know and inform me on the best workout to get them showing. Well im going to get off here i have to get some rest for our next misson.

I thought I’d chime in regarding abs. I know I’ve had better results after starting to eat about every 2 hours. I have moved to fibrous carbs as well. That way I can avoid insulin spikes and cut fat while keeping muscle. Also, if I do it right I still have energy. For example, I have a snack of green beans almost every day. Also, the ab series I found on Youtube has some great exercises using a stability ball. I was amazed at how much tougher that darn ball makes things. I have videos of some of the series on my page.
